How it works

From first walkthrough to every visit after.

The first walkthrough sets a baseline record of your home's condition. Every visit after is measured against it, so changes get caught early.

About

Hi, I'm Diana.

I live here in Cardiff and have spent my career in interior design, which means I notice things. A slow drip under a vanity, a hairline crack that wasn't there last month, a filter that's overdue. Those details are exactly what keeps a quiet house from becoming an expensive surprise.

Keep by Di is personal by design. I keep a small number of homes so each one gets real attention, and I'm the person who answers when you call. When something needs a professional, I bring in trusted local trades and keep you updated until it's done.

Questions

Good to know.

What is home watch?

Home watch is a scheduled visual inspection of a home while the owner is away. It catches leaks, pests, storm damage, and security issues early, and gives you one local person to call when something comes up.

Do you do the repairs yourself?

No. Keep by Di finds and documents issues, then coordinates trusted local professionals, or the vendors you already use, to fix them. You approve the work before anything is scheduled.

How often should my home be checked?

Most homes do well with a visit every two to four weeks, plus extra checks around big storms or Santa Ana wind events. Some insurers have their own requirements for vacant homes, so check your policy too.

Can you help if someone is living in the home?

Yes. For a home with family or a house guest staying there, Keep by Di can be the go-to contact for house issues, so they always have someone local to call.

Who holds my keys?

Your keys and access codes are kept secure and are never shared without your permission. A named backup contact is listed on your service agreement.
